Outgoing mail

protocol - SMTP
server - smtp.gmail.com
port - 587

Requites Authentication
username - ifany@gmail.com
password - *******

Incoming mail

protocol - IMAP
server - imap.gmail.com
port - 993   use ssl  (if pop 995)
username - ifany@gmail.com
password - *******

finally you should enable less secure option
