How do I open administrator command prompt without asking user account control permission

Following script will do open your administrator command prompt
open notepad - paste following command

It will ask User account control permission when you double click on that .bat file.
To avoid that UAC
start-change user account control setting-change the notify option as Never notify-click yes (or)
control panel- user account-user account control permission -change the notify option as Never notify-click yes

after that your PC never ask any UAC permissions
