Install .Net Framework 3.5 in Server 2008 R2

From server .Net Framework was not an .exe as you think. It was one of the feature you have to install from your server manager.

Go to - > Server Manager - >Features -> Add Features

Select .Net Framework 3.5.1 Features -> .Net Framework 3.5 (select) ->Install - Finish
